Learn the principles of memorization in this three-day course! This book is about you and your memory. Who are you if you forget everything about yourself? Where do you go if you don't know who you are? What will your future look like if you have forgotten the past? Here are some questions that everyone should think about seriously.
More and more responsible people understand that health is one of the most important aspects of life. That's why they choose to exercise, sleep more and eat healthily. This is a first step, but I also recommend memory training. The better memory we have, the stronger connections our brain will make that will last longer.
In this course I will present the state of controlled tension or in other words how to concentrate in order to retain as much as possible without a great effort. The problem for those trying to do memory exercises is that their mind cannot stay in one place. They are focused on what they want to do, but in a second they are distracted and focused on another activity or action. Memorization will be used at a superficial level and will be ineffective.
In order to be able to memorise at an advanced level we need to learn to control this inner state of concentration. When we learn to focus on a goal or a task we will see our confidence in our own strength increase and our courage to take on new tasks increase.
We will learn further in this course how to impress the brain using the five senses and create quality moments that stay. Anything monotonous is quickly erased and forgotten by the brain.
On the third day we will learn how to activate information and enjoy as much as possible a prodigious memory. We will be able to easily remember events and dates, numbers and random information almost effortlessly.
After this course all that remains is for each of you to devote a few minutes a day to training. Once there is a technique that works it must be used. Daily discipline and self-generated enthusiasm are the key to a formidable memory.
