Lani Kingston's last book How to Make Coffee was an international best-seller, and has since been translated into two Nordic languages and was adapted into a US edition by Abrams Books. Lani has written extensively about food and drink for international travel publications and in academia. Armed with a Masters in Food Studies, chef and barista qualifications, an extensive career in coffee and chocolate production, she moved from the world's newest coffee-darling city of Melbourne, Australia to a city with a long-steeped coffee heritage - London, England. David Post is a celebrated Canadian photographer with an incredible back catalogue of photographic work to his name, alongside mentions of his photography in publications such as Vogue. David's portfolio consists of photography work for a number of prominent East London food businesses. David is also a respected character in the coffee world - he owned and operated a highly-regarded espresso bar in Canada before moving to London and first managing Monocle Café and then the Ace Hotel's Bulldog Edition.
