Author Description


DuEwa Frazier is an educator, writer, author and award nominated poet. DuEwa is the author of Goddess Under the Bridge: Poems, Shedding Light From My Journeys and Stardust Tracks on a Road. She is the editor of the NAACP Image Award nominated anthology, Check the Rhyme: An Anthology of Female Poets & Emcees. The anthology received an Honorable Mention in 2010 from the Writer's Digest International Self Publishing Awards. DuEwa earned the B.A. in English at Hampton University, the M.Ed. in Curriculum & Teaching (Literacy) at Fordham University and the M.F.A. in Creative Writing degree at The New School.
