PIETRO FONTANA is owner since 2008 of a microbrewery near Milan, member of the Italian cultural association Unionbirrai. Apart from producing sought-after beers, from kilometre zero ingredients
in unusual combinations, he organizes introductory courses to home brewing and tastings of quality beers, winning several awards. From 2014, the brewery becomes also a pub, the first of its kind in town.
