This book used a descriptive-correlational with the aim to determine the relationship of personal factors which included lifestyle factors (eating habits, physical activity, substance use, and sleeping patterns), family factors and common illnesses coupled with occupational factors (work-related stress, ergonomic risk factors, work organization, workplace emergency, work-life balance, sexual harassment, and workplace communication) towards work attendance among call center agents of call center companies in Metro Manila cities of Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon; Dasmarinus and Cebu, Philippines, which became the basis for the development of a workplace wellness program.

Kayongo, Moses
Moses Kayongo holds a Doctorate in Public Health (Drph) and a Masters in Public Health and from the Philippines, where he studied from 2007 to 2015. Has expertise in Preventive Health Care and passion in improving workplace health, wellbeing and the education of Sickle Cell Anemia.
