Murcielago, Vol. 15

With two seemingly unrelated cases to deal with, the police have their work
cut out for them. People are finding themselves bound and dangling from
advertising balloons, and in another incident, a knife was thrown into the eye
of a circus troupe member. Yet it seems as though all involved in both incidents
have had their memories erased, and that can't be a mere coincidence...
