God's Love is a poem written in part while S.A. Collins was attending a girl's catholic high school in Jersey City, NJ. She was so proud that she was able to write a poem about God, and that the words flowed easily, she shared it with her friends during religion class. The poem was received with some jeering, a typical reaction for teenage girls; she never wrote creatively again. Almost thirty years later, as she recited nighttime prayers with her four year old son, he asked one of the tough questions that toddlers ask: "Momma, Who is God?" After providing the best answer to satisfy his curiosity, she retired for the evening. During her quiet time that evening, she reflected on the conversation and some of the poem came back to her, along with a confirmation that a children's book should be authored. And here we are...
