Author Description


Nick McCarty is an author, playwright, and scriptwriter whose credits include The Wolf Road and many series for UK television. Nick has written many plays and book adaptations for radio.
Legendary artist Victor Ambrus drew relentlessly for television programmes, museum displays, postage stamps and Christmas cards, and especially children's books-he stopped counting when he reached 300 titles. He illustrated the first edition of Michael Morpurgo's War Horse, and worked for 20 years on the hit British archaeological TV programme Time Team.
