Tatiana Bandurina (1957) was born and grew up in Donetsk, Ukraine. After receiving her Bachelor's Degree from the Donetsk College of Music Tatiana continued her study of music in the Donetsk State Music Academy (now it is the Prokofiev State Conservatory) and received a Master's Degree in music theory and music pedagogy. For more than 35 years she taught in musical schools and academies in Ukraine, Russia and Canada (immigrated in 2003). For many years of her pedagogical career she worked as a director in music schools and academies. Tatiana is an inventor of music theory games for children and an author of several books for parents. Her book Voices of Our Children won a prestigious award in 2009. The Mom's Choice Awards(R) has named Voices of Our children by Tatiana Bandurina among the best in family-friendly media, products and services. These days Tatiana works as the director of Quintecco Educational Products Inc. She lives in Richmond, Canada.
