Author Description


Jason Scheltus trained in coffee roasting at Monmouth Coffee, London for two years, then returned to his home town of Melbourne to co-found Market Lane Coffee. For the past seven years, he has worked as director of Market Lane Coffee, a specialty coffee company with five retail locations and over 50 staff. He works as a coffee buyer, in quality control for coffee roasting, drink preparation, and service. He has been a judge in Cup of Excellence, national barista competitions, and Aeropress brewing competitions.
