Gabriel, the lonely cloud is given a silver-lining pen that allows him to help children see the bright side to their troubles. When he encounters Daisy, a child who is more on need of love and comfort than silver-linings, he does the most powerful thing a friend can do. He stays by her side and offers empathy. Gabriel learns that when people feel comforted, they often find silver linings for themselves.
