This book is meant to help students prepare for tests of competence in the most important skills of all: psychological skills. Conflict resolution, social conversation, choosing useful self-talk, understanding emotions, anger control, celebrating positive events, making good decisions -- these sorts of skills are useful every day for nearly all people. This book accompanies a program wherein learners pass requirements for several ranks, in a mastery learning program for psychological skill growth. In an experience modeled after Scouting ranks or martial arts belts, learners progress through a sequence of challenges for growth in mental health.
