'Well, the work in the yards is long and it's hard...'
Following on the success of their 'Not Far to Go Now, ' husband and wife team Jet and Katie Jones have created another charmingly illustrated children's book about life on a cattle station in Australia.
This time, they attack the subject of the cattle yards:
'There's drafting and branding,
The work is demanding,
We'll spray 'em for lice and for ticks..'
Bush children will recognise themselves, and urban children will be amazed by this different lifestyle.
