But have you heard of a bug that has over one thousand legs? It's true! The bug that has over one thousand legs is called a millipede.
你聽說過千足蟲嗎？這種蟲類就是馬陸。
There are a lot of different kinds of millipedes, but experts recently found a new kind of millipede that lives almost sixty meters under the ground. They found it in Australia.
科學家在澳洲發現，有一種馬陸生活在六十公尺深的地底。
This bug is less than ten centimeters long - that is shorter than the length of a pencil - but it actually has more than one thousand legs… it has one thousand and thirty-six legs.
這種馬陸不到十公分長，但一共有一千零三十六隻腳！
That is the highest number of legs anyone has ever found on a millipede.
It also has no eyes. But experts say that's okay because if it lives underground, it doesn't really need them!
