I am the reflection of the people around me. Thus if I change, the people around me will change as well.
So I keep reminding myself,
The process of my change is the key.
The key to the power of self-healing.
Rather than knowing that I'm healed, I want myself to know the fact that: „I've been very sick for quite a time, I’ve been suffering from mental illness. I've doubted myself for a long time. I've been unable to embrace my feelings and behaviors.“
Once I realize this fact. I have seen it clearly. I feel secure and confident.
I am secure now. I feel confident here.
Now. Here. I fully present myself.
